Friends

I'm so thankful I get to spend time with friends today! Make the time to be with friends. They can be a most precious gift and just talking with them can be just what the "doctor" orders.

What's Next?

Nehemiah 7:1-4 KJV
1 Now it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, and the porters and the singers and the Levites were appointed, 2 That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he was a faithful man, and feared God above many. 3 And I said unto them, Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun be hot; and while they stand by, let them shut the doors, and bar them: and appoint watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one to be over against his house. 4 Now the city was large and great: but the people were few therein, and the houses were not builded.

Now that Nehemiah had finished the  wall around Jerusalem and completed the gates and doors, the city was safer, but still not completely. He set up guards around the city and within the city. He declared safety measures such as when to open the gates. However, he realized very few people lived within the city. There is safety in numbers so I am sure his next concern was to bring back the people.

Just because Nehemiah completed the task of rebuilding the wall didn't mean he was done with God's work. He continued to help the city and the people in it. How many times do we treat a task from God as complete because we finished what He asked us to do? Shouldn't we say to Him, "What's next?"

Our work for God will never be completely done. We should always be on the look out for His next step for us.

Persevere!

Nehemiah 6:15-19 KJV
15 So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty and two days. 16 And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all the heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God. 17 Moreover in those days the nobles of Judah sent many letters unto Tobiah, and the letters of Tobiah came unto them. 18 For there were many in Judah sworn unto him, because he was the son in law of Shechaniah the son of Arah; and his son Johanan had taken the daughter of Meshullam the son of Berechiah. 19 Also they reported his good deeds before me, and uttered my words to him. And Tobiah sent letters to put me in fear.

Although people continued to spread gossip about Nehemiah and the Israelites, and even though Nehemiah continued to receive threatening letters, Nehemiah did not stop working on the wall.

He continued in the Lord's work despite the opposition. And guess what?! God blessed the work of their hands! They finished the wall. And not only did they finish it, they did it in only 52 days!

This was not a small wall. This wall surrounded the entire city of Jerusalem. Since that wall no longer stands, I can't give you exact measurements, but we do know that Jerusalem encompassed approximately 135 acres. Also, some historians believe Nehemiah repaired Hezekiah's wall which archaeologists have discovered and have found that it is approximately 16.4 feet wide.

The fact they accomplished repairing this entire wall in only 52 days is amazing-only God could do it amazing! IN fact, even the heathens know it had been done by God's hands!

What can we learn from this? If it is truly God's work and in His will, it will succeed and it will be truly amazing. Don't give up! Don't allow the threats of the world to stop you from His work! Persevere!

Words of Wisdom Wednesday

Proverbs 15:8
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

God does not desire religious practices or things done to make us look holy. God desires a relationship with us. He wants us to come to Him humbly in prayer. Prayer is a way for us to communicate with Him which shows our desire to know Him. He delights in our desire to spend time with Him.

Marriage Moment Monday

Galatians 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

I hear often from women who ask, "How long am I to put up with the angry words, the lack of support, etc in my marriage?"

My response (which is actually God's response) is, "Do not give up!" I understand that sometimes there is a physical reason where there may need to be separation for a time, but that doesn't mean you give up. Continue to pray for your spouse. Continue to seek wisdom and guidance about what you should do in your situation. Keep on keeping on.

Sunday Psalms

Psalms 104:1-35 KJV

1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.

12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

13 He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

16 The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.

18 The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.

19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.

24 O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.

26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.

27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.

28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

31 The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

32 He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.

33 I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

I have many thoughts that drew me to this chapter of Psalms. I am still working on pulling it all together. It may end up being more than one post because there is so much. Be looking for it (them) in the days to come.

Being Pruned

John 15:2
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

God will remove anyone or anything that is not fruitful for Him. You may be growing some fruit, but may also be growing out and not being fully useful. He will prune back to where you were/are fruitful.

I desire to be fully fruitful for Him, but I haven't felt very fruitful lately. I feel like I will have some pruning coming. May I embrace it and accept it and not fight it.

_________________________________________

I wrote the above a few of weeks ago in my personal journal. I just finished up week 3 of our Bible Bee study on the book of James. The book of James is the book that brought me to salvation (even though I had grown up in the church, it wasn't until college when I fully gave my life to Him) and it is doing a work on me now. I am being convicted every day about how I am truly walking my talk. May He continue to prune me!

Can You See a Difference?

I have had a few people tell me that they can see a difference in me over the past few months. One thing that has been mentioned is that my face seems to be slimming down. I can't tell a difference. Do you?

Other differences include more energy, sleeping better at night, less cravings, and less body aches.

Would you like to know more about what I've been doing that has made a difference in my life? Message me and ask for details!

You can contact me on here through the "Contact Form" or if you follow on my Facebook page, you can message me on there. I would love to have a chat with you and answer the questions you may have.

Seek God

Nehemiah 6:1-14 KJV
1 Now it came to pass, when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and Geshem the Arabian, and the rest of our enemies, heard that I had builded the wall, and that there was no breach left therein; (though at that time I had not set up the doors upon the gates;) 2 That Sanballat and Geshem sent unto me, saying, Come, let us meet together in some one of the villages in the plain of Ono. But they thought to do me mischief. 3 And I sent messengers unto them, saying, I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down: why should the work cease, whilst I leave it, and come down to you? 4 Yet they sent unto me four times after this sort; and I answered them after the same manner. 5 Then sent Sanballat his servant unto me in like manner the fifth time with an open letter in his hand; 6 Wherein was written, It is reported among the heathen, and Gashmu saith it, that thou and the Jews think to rebel: for which cause thou buildest the wall, that thou mayest be their king, according to these words. 7 And thou hast also appointed prophets to preach of thee at Jerusalem, saying, There is a king in Judah: and now shall it be reported to the king according to these words. Come now therefore, and let us take counsel together. 8 Then I sent unto him, saying, There are no such things done as thou sayest, but thou feignest them out of thine own heart. 9 For they all made us afraid, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands. 10 Afterward I came unto the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up; and he said, Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us shut the doors of the temple: for they will come to slay thee; yea, in the night will they come to slay thee. 11 And I said, Should such a man as I flee? and who is there, that, being as I am, would go into the temple to save his life? I will not go in. 12 And, lo, I perceived that God had not sent him; but that he pronounced this prophecy against me: for Tobiah and Sanballat had hired him. 13 Therefore was he hired, that I should be afraid, and do so, and sin, and that they might have matter for an evil report, that they might reproach me. 14 My God, think thou upon Tobiah and Sanballat according to these their works, and on the prophetess Noadiah, and the rest of the prophets, that would have put me in fear.

When Nehemiah's enemies were unsuccessful in stopping him from rebuilding the wall, they tried to scare him into quitting.

First, they tried to get him to just leave to meet with them. He refused to leave and let the others keep working without him. Secondly, they tried to scare him into stopping saying they would slander his name and spread rumors. Again, he refused to fall for their tactics and continued to pray for strength to continue building. Lastly, they hired prophets to prophecy lied to trick Nehemiah into breaking the rules of the temple, but yet again, he did not fall for their tricks. God revealed to him that the prophets had been hired to say what they were saying.

Nehemiah could not have done all this without the wisdom and strength of God. Why had he been filled with wisdom and strength? Because he had stayed in close relationship with God! During this whole time, he continued to pray and seek wisdom and ask for strength.

When we are in a situation where people are trying to talk us out of doing God's work, we must do as Nehemiah - seek God - His wisdom and His strength.

Don't Miss the Benefits

Proverbs 14:4
Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.

Obviously if you don't have an animal to take care of it will be easier to keep things clean, but you miss out on the many benefits of the animal as well. The ox can help you work fields faster and more efficiently which would increase your joy.

The same can be said for a large family. Yes, it would be easier to keep a clean home and not have so many emotional "messes" and sometimes financial "messes"; however, we would miss out on the numerous benefits! We would miss out on the hugs and kisses, the cuddles and laughter, the friendships, the help a brother or sister gives in the time of need. We would miss out on the daily opportunities to be like Christ and put others above ourselves. Ultimately, we would miss out on love.

Marriage Moment Monday

I've been thinking a lot lately about the lack of communication in marriages and how that leads to so much disappointment, misunderstandings, and other issues. I've been very busy this past week and haven't had time to sit and write my thoughts, but I knew I had written on communication when I first started doing Marriage Moment Mondays so here is a look back on some advice that will never be old.

Sunday Psalms

Psalms 30:1-12 KJV

A Psalm and Song at the dedication of the house of David.

1 A Psalm and Song at the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

2 O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

3 O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

4 Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

6 And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.

7 LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

8 I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.

9 What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

10 Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.

11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

Plexus Journey, Part 5

I've been talking about my Plexus journey for over a month now and I am loving how I am feeling! Because I am pregnant, it is hard for me to discern if I am losing weight so I have been diligent in watching for those non-scale victories.

Most people start Plexus with specific health goals in mind and often weight-loss is at the top of the list. While Plexus does help many people lose weight, that's not always the first thing that happens. Why? Because Plexus goes to work balancing your blood sugar, healing your gut, and reducing inflammation in your body. Those things are pretty hard to measure, see, and notice. BUT we can see the the side effects - they just might not come in the order you want them to. Sorry, but you can't control what your body decides is the most pressing concern to address first. You might want to lose weight but your body decides to balance out your hormones first. You might want more energy but your body needs to heal the inflammation in your gut first.

So here's a list of examples of non-scale victories to look for and celebrate!!

Better energy
Not needing naps
Fewer cravings for sugar and junk food
Craving water, fruit, and veggies
Better sleep
Clearer skin
Fewer headaches
Reduced aches and pains
Normal blood pressure
More productive workouts
Faster workout recovery
Lifting more and running faster
Getting stronger
Losing inches
Clear-headedness
Better mood
Stronger immune system
...to name a few.

These are just as important if not more important than a number in a scale. A scale can only tell you the gravitational force on an object, but is not a very good measure of health. So ditch the scale and celebrate the healing and balance you're experiencing!

Out of the above, I have experienced better energy, fewer cravings for sugar and junk food (this is huge for me!), craving more water, fruit and veggies, better sleep, reduced aches and pains (which is huge during pregnancy for me!), losing inches (everywhere I can measure that isn't affected by the pregnancy), better mood, and in my opinion a stronger immune system (since I usually get sick in the spring when the farmers start spraying their chemicals).

I am excited to expand my use of Plexus products as finances allow and also having some of my children start on some of the products, too (as finances allow). For the first time in a long time, I feel hope that we can overcome some of the health issues that we've struggled with for years.

Do for Others

Nehemiah 5:14-19 KJV
14 Moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year even unto the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that is, twelve years, I and my brethren have not eaten the bread of the governor. 15 But the former governors that had been before me were chargeable unto the people, and had taken of them bread and wine, beside forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God. 16 Yea, also I continued in the work of this wall, neither bought we any land: and all my servants were gathered thither unto the work. 17 Moreover there were at my table an hundred and fifty of the Jews and rulers, beside those that came unto us from among the heathen that are about us. 18 Now that which was prepared for me daily was one ox and six choice sheep; also fowls were prepared for me, and once in ten days store of all sorts of wine: yet for all this required not I the bread of the governor, because the bondage was heavy upon this people. 19 Think upon me, my God, for good, according to all that I have done for this people.

Here we see Nehemiah setting another great example for us to follow.

As appointed governor, he has certain rights and privileges, but he denies these rights and privileges to stay "one of the people".

He desires not only to be right along with the people, but he does not allow his servants to feel they are better than the poor either. He also not only pays for his own food and such, but he has others join him and feeds them as well.

Nehemiah is not selfish or greedy. He gives up special privileges in order to keep the faith of the people.

Do we give up things for others? As a mother, I often do without so my children can have, but do I do it for those outside my family? We should be willing to do so for others as well.

Words of Wisdom Wednesday

Proverbs 13:10
Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.

I never thought about it before, but this proverb is totally true (of course!). Whenever there is contention, it is because either myself or the other person(s) doesn't want to change their opinion, admit they are wrong, or just aren't getting their way. It is only when we seek wisdom that we will find it. We need to set our pride aside and realize we might be wrong and need to change or things just might not go the way we desire (and that is okay).

Marriage Moment Monday

1 Chronicles 16:8-12 KJV
8 Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. 9 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works. 10 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. 11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually. 12 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

I was reading in Chronicles about when David brought back the ark of God to the place he had prepared for it. Since I had just been praying for struggling marriages, I saw verses 8-12 in a new way.

We must give thanks to the Lord for our spouse. He brought us together and we know His ways are best, so be thankful for your spouse.

Just as it benefits us and others to talk about all God has done for us, so, too, it is beneficial to talk to others about the good in our spouse. Stay focused on his good qualities.

Continue to seek the Lord and His strength for your marriage. God's ways are best, but you won't know what those ways are unless you are seeking Him and His strength to help you through.

I am not saying to treat your spouse as a god because that will not work (and goes against the first commandment). I am saying that we must be thankful for him and remember his good qualities. Also, by sharing the good in our spouse, it will make our spouse feel better about how he is doing and usually will make him strive to do even better.

Give thanks to God for your spouse. Brag about your spouse to someone. Continue to seek the Lord's way in your marriage.

Sunday Psalms

Psalms 139:1-24 KJV
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.

1 O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.

2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Plexus Journey, Part 4

I am still taking my Plexus TriPlex and still enjoying the benefits! I have had people say they see a difference in my face, but I don't see it. I am working on making a side-by-side photo from when I started and now, but I don't have it completed yet. I would like to ask your opinion on whether or not you see a difference.

I found out (through an ultrasound), that I am further along than I thought I was in my pregnancy. That means that I am doing well on my weight gain! I have felt less aches and pains during this pregnancy than I have in my last few and I can only contribute that to the addition of the Plexus products this pregnancy.

My husband is also still taking the BioCleanse and the ProBio5 and still seeing a decrease in his other herbs that he takes.

Do you have any questions about Plexus? Please feel free to ask them below! Do you have a testimony to share about how Plexus has helped you? Again, please feel free to share below!

Dealing with Repair

Nehemiah 5:1-13 KJV
1 And there was a great cry of the people and of their wives against their brethren the Jews. 2 For there were that said, We, our sons, and our daughters, are many: therefore we take up corn for them, that we may eat, and live. 3 Some also there were that said, We have mortgaged our lands, vineyards, and houses, that we might buy corn, because of the dearth. 4 There were also that said, We have borrowed money for the king's tribute, and that upon our lands and vineyards. 5 Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children: and, lo, we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants, and some of our daughters are brought unto bondage already: neither is it in our power to redeem them; for other men have our lands and vineyards. 6 And I was very angry when I heard their cry and these words. 7 Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every one of his brother. And I set a great assembly against them. 8 And I said unto them, We after our ability have redeemed our brethren the Jews, which were sold unto the heathen; and will ye even sell your brethren? or shall they be sold unto us? Then held they their peace, and found nothing to answer. 9 Also I said, It is not good that ye do: ought ye not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the heathen our enemies? 10 I likewise, and my brethren, and my servants, might exact of them money and corn: I pray you, let us leave off this usury. 11 Restore, I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth part of the money, and of the corn, the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them. 12 Then said they, We will restore them, and will require nothing of them; so will we do as thou sayest. Then I called the priests, and took an oath of them, that they should do according to this promise. 13 Also I shook my lap, and said, So God shake out every man from his house, and from his labour, that performeth not this promise, even thus be he shaken out, and emptied. And all the congregation said, Amen, and praised the LORD. And the people did according to this promise.

Nehemiah discovered that the wall of Jerusalem was not the only thing that had deteriorated and needed repair. The people themselves were in need of repair. The rulers and nobles had dealt in a worldly way with their fellow Israelites. They had exacted usury and re-enslaved them in their greed of money and treated them heartlessly.

Nehemiah was very angry about this and he did something about it. He spoke to the leaders about their actions. He rebuked them and told them what they needed to do make amends.

The leaders, as well as the priests, promised to do as Nehemiah said.

We need to remember that sometimes even our churches allow too much of the world in them and we need to be willing to stand up for God's ways and bring everyone back into right fellowship with each other.

In the end, we can all praise God together, as the Israelites did, because we are brought back into unity with God and each other.

Words of Wisdom Wednesday

Proverbs 12:25
Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.

The power of encouraging words is amazing. I know I can be struggling with something and even though a friend may not have a solution, if she speaks encouraging words to me, then I instantly feel better.

Be an encourager!

Sunday Psalms

Psalms 103:1-22 KJV

A Psalm of David

1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

21 Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

The Missing Puzzle Piece--Plexus Journey, Part 3

I am continuing to take the products of the Plexus TriPlex and continue to see great results!

Today, however, I am going to talk about my husband.

For at least fours years, if not longer, my husband has been taking herbal supplements for his kidneys and often suffers from kidney pain. He also has been dealing with some other health issues for quite a few months. I started giving him BioCleanse and ProBio5 without telling him what they were and after only one week we have seen his herbal supplement quantity go down to a third of what it was before!

He recently did a scan and for the first time since the technology came out, his kidneys didn't test terrible! They are still in need of healing, but they are on their way to getting better!

After discussing with our friend about our scans, both of us deal with issues that stem back to leaky gut and that is exactly what Plexus helps heal. I also know, by talking with other friends who did the same scan, that their problems also stem from leaky gut.

I am so glad that we have found Plexus and are healing our bodies! I knew that the herbs were helping in some way, but there had to be an underlying issue as to why my husband was still working on those kidneys after years and we have finally discovered another piece to the puzzle.

I have no idea if other people will see such an immediate and extreme response as my husband has. I honestly just figured I would give it a try as I had extra on those products on hand, but I am glad I did. I truly believe that God has answered my prayer about finding that missing puzzle piece.
