Proverbs 29:18
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
Make a habit of talking with your spouse about dreams, goals, and visions of where you see your family in the future. Do you want to strengthen your love and trust? Do you want to be out of debt? Do you want to own your own business? Whatever it is, talk about it and work together. If you aren't looking to the future, you are more likely to become dissatisfied with the life you are living. Work together toward a common goal, thereby, strengthening your bond and your marriage.
